- yes, people who have close family members with Schizophrenia are a lot more likely to get it then people who dont have any traces of it in there families.
- if your identical twin has it, then you have a 40%-50% chance of getting it too.
- if your parent has Schizophrenia, then you have a 10% chance of having it.
- The general public has a 1% chance of having Schizophrenia

Many of these sources focus on defining what schizophrenia is. What my concern is that the sources aren't getting at the problems within the topic. What issues exist within the topic of schizophrenia? That's what you need to address in your research.
